Making Huge Drops in U-he Zebra for Bass Music

I wanted to share some ideas to making huge drops in U-he Zebra, suitable for bass music in the style of Noisia and KOAN Sound.

Designing huge drops in U-he Zebra doesn’t have to be difficult, in this video I demonstrate how you can make an intro stab for your drops.
Using just a single oscillator and a trick with the built-in reverb of Zebra you can create sounds that are nearly impossible to do in other synths.

The purpose of this video is to start you up with a few creative ideas and concepts, of course you can take this much further.
You could, for example, use a little bit of FM to spice up the sound, or insert a bandpass filter in your chain that you can modulate to really get  some crazy sounds.

After following along with this lesson in making huge drops in u-he Zebra you should spend some time experimenting on your own using different types of filters, wavetables, and effects to really make it your own.
