Playing With ArpMods in U-He Zebra
Modulation is one of the greatest methods to making your music feel and sound organic and continuously interesting. ArpMods in U-He Zebra is yet another way to modulate any parameter you see fit to manipulate in this awesome synth.
I also show you how to create a quick ARP pattern then use the ArpMods in U-He Zebra to control secondary parameters which are controlling other parameters for deeper, more esoteric automation modulation which when used wisely can create some stunning sequences and/or effects.
ArpMods in U-He Zebra are just another tool in the vast array of modulation possibilities which are available in Zebra. Zebra`s vast array of modulation sources makes it quite possibly the best synth on the market today when modulation sources are of major importance in your production techniques.
The final sound/pattern sounds continuously interesting while actually being a non random sequence. The arpmods used in conjunction with the ARP, Delay effects and further modulation sources almost makes you think you are listening to something being created by Sample and Hold techniques. This in turn allows you to create a deeply organic sequence which will help to keep your listeners enthralled and continuously adds interest to your music. It also adds that ever elusive “3rd Dimension” to your sound, especially when used as subtle background sequences or in your face multiple melodic parts.
