The sound of an iceberg

Icebergs are moving, they makes sounds, water as well.

Equipped with underwater microphones, researchers recorded icebergs births in Svalbard, Norway.

Svalbard is the last inhabited archipelago before North Pole.

These recordings was captured during August, when the sun never goes down.

A very nice achievement for anyone who practice “field recording”…
