Looping in the Traktor Track Decks
In this tutorial, we take a look at using loops in track decks.
This tutorial covers how to use loops in track decks. Loops of up to 32 beats are possible, and the length can be changed at any time, including while looping and while the tracks is playing and on air. The minimum length can be reached by setting the length to 1/32 and then using the extra fine movement controls under Loop Out to move the end even farther inward.
A simple beatroll effect can be achieved by rhythmically changing the loop length down from 4 beats to the succesively smaller subdivisions every four beats. Experiment with different rhythms and flux mode to find transitions that work best for your tracks.
