How to Make a Nice Echo Delay Effect with Reaktor
This video is actually a response to a request from a community member who wanted to learn how to recreate the echo delay effect available in the FL Studio DAW. Luckily we have the brilliant mind of salamanderanagram to help us out with these requests! He kicks down some serious knowledge in this lesson so be ready to pause and even re-watch certain parts to keep up. This is not an exact replica of the effect unit requested, as it is not modeled after it. Instead this is a beast all its own and is really rather cool!
This echo delat effect gives you complete control over pitch, number of taps, delay amount, panning, as well as allowing for either grainer or smoother character. It can also run in ping pong mode. So it’s really quite a powerful and flexible effect to add to your production arsenal. You can expect this to take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to get set up, depending upon your experience level. Of course, for those just getting started with Reaktor it may take a little longer.
Cheers,
