Kinetic String Sculpture Visualizes Sound
It’s always fascinating to “see” the sound… Here is a kinetic sculpture just beautiful to look at!
Daniel Palacios is the artist behind “Waves”, a kinetic sculpture to visualise noise.
It’s an old project dating back from 2012 but beauty is timeless right?
Perhaps some readers have already seen this project, maybe others have never heard of it, but everyone should agree on the magisterial beauty of the result!
“Waves” consists of a long, sturdy string of rope attached to a turbine on each end. The interactive structure responds to movement in both a visual and an audible manner.
