Samantha Wade clings to the community’s one unique attraction: an abandoned industrial water tank with incredible, long-echoing acoustics inside.

The tank has been a draw for musicians from around the world since the 1970s. On the day the BBC visited, Dexter Payne, Rekha Ohal and John Stubbs were playing inside.
