The Martinic Colorsound Tremolo, crafted with our ACE modeling technique, faithfully recreates the 1974 and 1996 models for modern DAWs. Offering stereo and tempo sync features, it's the go-to tremolo effect plugin for adding a vintage touch to any audio track.
The Martinic Colorsound Tremolo AU/AAX/CLAP/VST plugin, tested and authorized by Macaris, recreates the famous Colorsound Tremolo effect pedal used by Green Day, Joe Bonamassa, and Phil Manzanera among other well known guitar players.
Includes recreations of both the 1974 and 1996 version of the original pedal.
Colorsound Tremolo Legacy
In the 70’s, brothers Larry and Joe Macari of Sola Sound developed the Colorsound Tremolo, modeled after the tremolo of a VOX® AC30 tube amp, using only 4 transistors. Martinic Colorsound Tremolo is modeled closely on the original tremolo, offering the same features (and flaws) to perfectly preserve the character of the original effect.
