It’s really easy to load up a nice sample, or perhaps default to using a preset from your favorite collection when it comes to the drums in your projects. But with NI Massive there is absolutely no reason, when you could maintain complete control of the size, shape and development of your bass drums (as well as the rest of your percussive instruments). This video tutorial from YouTube user TheDeltaDeep gets deep into the mechanics and theories behind this elusive side of sound design within the synth world.
