Keyboard Shortcuts in Massive
In this tutorial, Echo Sound Works shows you some keyboard shortcuts in Massive that make maneuvering around the synth a little bit easier!
There are some relatively unknown keyboard shortcuts in Massive that make editing and tweaking things a little easier.
I have probably mentioned these keyboard shortcuts in a Massive tutorial at some point, but I have never compiled all of them into one video.
1.) Double Clicking – this will, on most knobs and settings, return them to their default settings. These even works on Modulation depths! Helpful when you want to reset parameters without completely starting over.
2.) Shift + Modulation – This will allow you to click on a modulation source like an ENV or LFO and if you keep holding down SHIFT on the keyboard you can keep dropping the modulation source into multiple destinations.
3.) Alt + Click – Bypass. This will bypass a Macro, modulator and even pitch controls.
4.) Pitch By Octaves – If you hold down ALT/Option, the pitch in in the Oscillators will now move up or down in octaves.
Hopefully these keyboard shortcuts in Massive make tweaking your sounds a little quicker and easier!
(Edit – here are a list of more keyboard cuts)
Cheers
