Watch The Vintage TR-808 Get Taken Apart

In this video, we watch Markus Fuller take apart the vintage Roland TR-808 drum machine. Given the rarity of this machine, many would go to great lengths to play it, and to see it get taken apart is very cool.

With all of the electronics we use everyday, it’s easy to disregard the mechanics that make it work. To be able to see the analogue circuitry of the TR-808, nearly 40 years old, is something we can all appreciate.
