Using Pringles Cans As A MIDI Drum Kit

Triggering samples has never been more fun! In this video, we watch a beautifully-constructed MIDI drum kit using Pringles cans, with the help of an Arduino device.

This goes to show that the creative potential of DIY MIDI controllers ranges far and wide. In terms of how the Arduino communicates MIDI data to Garageband, it is quite complicated; however, that doesn’t make us appreciate the project any less.
