Three AM Radios Turned Into A Theremin
In this video, we see how three ordinary AM radios can be used to recreate the function of a theremin synthesizer. Created by Japanese artists, Tomoya Yamamoto and Yuri Suzuki, this is one invention that we don’t see everyday.
From information provided by their website, we learn that it works by having each radio tuned to a particular frequency. Next, they solder the inside coil to the antenna, such that an electrical signal is created.
