When it comes to programming MIDI, anything is possible, and this song by Andrew Huang is one example of this. Programmed in Ableton Live, this song features a total of 300,000 MIDI notes at a tempo of 300 BPM.

Obviously, there’s no way that we can possibly discriminate each note that is played. Nevertheless, the resulting sound from these rapid MIDI arpeggiations, the Pac-Man effect as he refers, is quite interesting.
