Syncing A Commodore 64 To Analog Modular Synthesizers
In this video from YouTuber Look Mum No Computer, serving as a successor to this original video in which he made a song with the Commodore 64, we see how this 8-bit 1980s home computer can be synchronized with a wide array of modular synthesizers using the equally vintage ATARI 1040ST and Cubase 2.0.
From the video’s description, he explains:
So i synced up my analog modular synths with the commodore 64 playing a song i wrote in the last video i did!!! all being composed by cubase 2.0 on an atari 1040ST :).
i kinda wish i recorded it in stems as i know my live mix kind of blows the bass synth out of the park in the background, but ohwell! thats the nature or doing this stuff live. its raw.
