In this video, we get to hear a sound comparison between the original Roland TB-303 bassline synthesizer and the brand-new TB-03. The parent TB-303 certainly has gained a name for itself among music enthusiasts, and it’s awesome to hear how it compares to the new one.

As you can hear, the new TB-03 sounds very similar to the original, producing the resonant-filled sweeps that everyone loves about the original TB-303. However, in our opinion, there is still a certain amount of timbre, a “harmonic depth,” that stands alone in the classic TB-303.
