Novation Circuit 1.6 Update Introduces Panning, Drum Micro Steps and More

Novation has launched Circuit version 1.6, a firmware update that introduces many user-requested features including Panning, a Drum Micro Steps tool, a Light Dim mode that reduces brightness on the Circuit, as well as an FX Mute option for muting unwanted effects.

Novation has released a series of videos that explore the new features in Circuit 1.6 – the first of which providing a general overview of the update.

Panning was one of the most highly requested features among Circuit users and Novation delivers this feature in version 1.6.

The new Micro Steps tool in Circuit 1.6 allows for unique, rapid rhythmic fills that can help add some spark to drum tracks created with Circuit.

In Circuit 1.6, there are also new settings introduced that help optimize Circuit, including a new Light Dim mode as well as an FX Mute option.
