Marble Machine X: Wintergatan's Latest Prototype

Chances are, you’ve seen Wintergatan’s marble machine, using over 2000 marbles to power an insanely sophisticated wooden instrument. Well now, they are developing new marble machine, and this video introduces to us the initial prototypes.

I came up with a much better design for the mute system and built a prototype to test it. This is so much better than the first sketch and lightyears better than the system that the first marble machine used. I think this could be one of the key solutions to make Marble Machine X work consistently.
