DynamicTiltEQ, a brand-new plugin introduced by HOFA, is the first ever freeware plugin that supplies tilt EQ mechanisms, providing functions similar to analogue equalizers. Being available for free, this is pretty spectacular.

The spectral balance achieved from applying tilt EQ is very pronounced, boosting one frequency range while subsequently attenuating the other. Additionally, it’s a rather simplistic utility to implement.
