Creating Duplicate Patterns In Maschine

In this quick tutorial for Maschine, learn how to enable Maschine’s automatic duplicate pattern option, a very helpful feature for arranging.

When arranging your Maschine project using scenes, often times it is helpful to edit patterns – deleting notes, changing melodies, etc. However, if the pattern you edit is located anywhere else in the arrangement, your changes will apply there as well.

By enabling the “+Pat” feature in the scene menu, you can have Maschine automatically duplicate patterns every time you duplicate a scene. This will allow you to make changes to a single scene, without having to worry about altering previous ones.
