Filter / Volume Automation

In this fun tutorial we discuss using low and high pass filters instead of volumes.

This is an easy and fun and very beneficial tip because it just makes your music sound better! Some elements of your track sounding better coming in from a high pass to low or the opposite.

The frequencies / eq / and harmonics all add a nice dimension to your music whereas just bringing elements in a volume automation can be a bit dull.

This is also a great trick because it leaves your volume open to change easily. If the track is stuck with automation and you want to make volumes lower or high it becomes extra work.
