Advanced Sound Design Show & Tell with Absynth

One of the best sound designers out there that regularly provides in-depth tutorials for a wide array of soft synths is the Plug-in Guru, and we welcome him back to show off some of the more advanced sound design capabilities of Absynth!

This video is full of so many great examples of what you can do with Absynth, and he actually takes the time to deconstruct and even completely change change some of his best patches just to show you how it all works. I think you will agree that some of what he uses as example sin this video are truly remarkable. You don’t get to see how many of the sounds are created form scratch, but the close look at how some of these less discussed features function (not to mention where they even are!) is just about priceless for those who do not have a whole lot of experience yet with Absynth. And it’s also nice to see such a wide range of sounds on display, shattering the seemingly all to common belief that Absynth is only for atmospheres, soundsapes and more experimental sounds for film making, etc.
