• Due to the nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you find any issues with a product, please get in touch within 14 days to let us know. By completing a purchase, you agree that the issuance of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the ADSR Staff and that all decisions made by the ADSR Staff are final.

SOUNDS & COURSES
The following outlines ADSR’s refund policy for downloadable sounds and courses from ADSRsounds.com:
We are happy to issue a refund, or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described or for duplicate purchases.
Unless our system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you – we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind. Please read the product description and software requirements carefully.
Further, ADSR does not refund products, if:
- You no longer need the purchased product.
- You found another product you like better or you’ve changed your mind
- You intended to purchase a different product or purchased the product by accident
- You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations
- You cannot use the product due to software limitations
- You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge / know-how
- We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.
- All bundle offers are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis. No refunds will be entertained.
Products purchased on sale or with store credit are ineligible for refunds. A store credit will be (re)issued only when a product is proven to be faulty and can not be reasonably repaired.
For duplicate purchases, a refund will only be issued after proof of prior purchase is provided. ADSR will only refund the latest purchase. If a customer purchases a bundle that includes products they already own, no partial refunds or make-ups will be given.
You agree to delete and uninstall the product from your device/s if a refund is granted and understand that any licenses will be revoked.
SOFTWARE & PLUGINS
This policy covers the sale of software and plugins from ADSRsounds.com:
All sales of software and plugins on ADSRsounds.com are final. By completing a purchase you agree that the issuance of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the ADSR Staff and that all decisions made by the ADSR Staff are final.
While we try to accomodate our customer’s needs and wants as much as possible, as a reseller, ADSR must adhere to each developer’s refund policy and consult with the manufacturer to gain permission to refund. As we pay for the license on your behalf, we will be unable to issue a refund if the developer does not grant approval.
If the product has been registered, activated, or if the download has been initiated by the user clicking on the provided links, no refund will be available unless the product is proven to be faulty or unfit for use.
Products purchased on sale or with store credit are ineligible for refunds unless a product is proven to be faulty and cannot be reasonably repaired. User software, hardware, and knowledge limitations are not considered product faults.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, even if you have not started downloading, activating, or authorizing the product.
Further, ADSR does not refund purchases for software or plugin products, if:
- You no longer need the purchased product.

- You found the product at a cheaper price or it went on sale after you purchased it
- You cannot use the product due to hardware limitations

Duplicate purchases will be assessed on a case by case basis and only where customer can provide proof of purchase for the duplicate. Please note that we are unable to offer any guarantees for purchases made on different dates, where the duplicate (second) purchase was made on a 3rd party website or when the product and/or license has not been activated. ADSR will only refund the latest purchase. If a customer purchases a bundle that includes products they already own, no partial refunds or make-ups will be given.
You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your device/s if a refund is granted and understand that any licenses will be revoked.
Plugin subscription services – Once a subscription has been activated, all refunds are at the sole discretion of the product owner/developer, we are unable to provide refunds or credits for any partial-month periods or unused content.
Eligibility
Purchases are only eligible for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).
The customer is responsible for checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software. Such information is always provided on the product pages. ADSR does not refund products that require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries, Software Synth Preset Banks). The customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.
If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please submit a request to [email protected] providing any relevant information in detail including:
- Your order number
- Your ADSR registered email address
- The email address you registered the product with if applicable and different to your ADSR customer email
- Details of your operating system and DAW – and the version you are using eg. MacOS, Sonoma 14.2/ Ableton Live 11
- Full details outlining your refund request – what went wrong with screenshots if possible
