I recently needed a refund for something I purchased that I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, and their staff was very friendly during the refund process. They practice what they preach when it comes to their refund policy; it truly is a “no question” refund policy. This showed me that they are willing to do what it takes to keep their customers happy.
